Rhianne embarked on her journey with Greenbank in 2020, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge and experience from her previous work as an accountant. Her transition to the role of Lettings Manager at Greenbank has allowed her to utilize her skills in managing properties and providing exceptional service to tenants.

One of Rhianne's key responsibilities is staying up-to-date with all new legislation relevant to the lettings industry. Olivia ‘Liv’ embarked on her Greenbank journey in 2018, beginning her career as a trainee lettings negotiator. After completing her in-house training, she steadily climbed the ranks to become one of our senior letting’s negotiators. Olivia has proven to be an invaluable member of our lettings team, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to her work.

In addition to her professional responsibilities, Olivia enjoys spending her free time honing her skills as a gel nail technician. She delights in offering her services to her friends and family members, transforming their nails into works of art.

Olivia ‘Liv’ embarked on her estate agent journey in 2021 and has since found herself settling into her role at Greenbank in 2023.

Ruby McKennaSales Negotiator

Ruby's journey as an estate agent began at the young age of 15. In addition to attending school, Ruby also made time to assist in the office. Whether it was during school hours or on weekends, she would willingly offer her assistance with administrative tasks. the office from her school, eager to contribute her time and effort.

Currently, Ruby is pursuing a degree in Sports Rehabilitation at Hope University. While she is dedicated to her studies, she has managed to strike a balance by working two days a week as a sales negotiator.

Outside of her professional and academic pursuits, Ruby enjoys traveling with her friends and family. Exploring new places and immersing herself in different cultures are a source of inspiration for her.

Kimberly ‘Kim’ embarked on her exciting Greenbank journey in 2022, following her previous success when selling her own property with Greenbank. Upon joining the company, she immediately stepped into the role of a Sales Progressor, where she is responsible for overseeing and chasing sales once buyers have been found.

What sets Kim apart is her exceptional communication and chasing skills. Her ability to effectively engage with clients and follow up on sales inquiries is truly remarkable. With her strong attention to detail and relentless pursuit of success, Kim ensures that every sale is handled with the utmost care and attention.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Kim enjoys spending quality time with her young daughter. They frequently attend dance events, where they bond through their love for all things pink.

Katie CrawfordTrainee Lettings Negotiator

Katie is the newest member of our team, joining in 2023 as a Saturday worker while still completing her GCSEs at school. Since leaving school, Katie has embarked on an apprenticeship scheme, within our lettings department. Katie's ability to learn quickly makes her a valuable asset to our team.

Outside of work, Katie enjoys spending quality time with her family, particularly on adventurous days out. Whether it's hiking through scenic trails or exploring new places, Katie finds solace and joy in these moments spent with her loved ones.

Jessica Gordon

Jessica ‘Jess’ embarked on her Greenbank journey in 2021, joining our team as a experienced lettings negotiator. Jess's meticulous approach to her work is evident in her attention to detail. She ensures that all necessary paperwork is accurately completed and promptly submitted, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service.

In October 2023, Jess embarked on a journey of a lifetime, setting her sights on Australia. This exciting adventure provided an opportunity for her to immerse herself in a different culture and experience the vast beauty and diversity of the land down under.

She has since returned, but is looking at her next future adventure.

Lynn has been an integral part of the Greenbank team since 2015. As our viewing clerk and essentially the face representing Greenbank, Lynn is a familiar face you will likely encounter on the road. In addition to her work responsibilities, Lynn enjoys spending quality time with her family, including her grandson and furry grandchildren.

RudyOffice Dog

Rudy, our adorable office dog, began his exciting journey at only 12 weeks old. Little did we know what a delightful and mischievous character he would be. Rudy has become an integral part of the Greenbank office, charming our clients and convincing them to purchase a property.

From the moment Rudy joined the office, he quickly established himself as the resident prankster. His mischievous nature never failed to put a smile on our faces, even on our busiest days. From stealing pens and hiding under desks to chasing after other dogs walking past the window, Rudy kept us on our toes and always entertained.
